Former employee of Booz Allen Hamilton to plead guilty in San Antonio contract graft case

Paulsen, of Ohio, is expected to admit that she secretly helped Seguin steer contracts to a company in the Washington, D.C., area called QuantaDyn Corp. so that one of QuantaDyn’s principals could provide kickbacks to Seguin. U.S. District Judge Fred Biery was to take her plea in San Antonio this morning.
