A former caretaker at a personal care home in Lancaster County pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting 14 residents, according to the district attorney's office.James Zook, 69, of Mountville, pleaded guilty to 329 counts of institutional sexual assault and 333 counts of indecent assault.Zook worked at Faith Friendship Villa in West Hempfield Township for about 20 years.He was originally charged in November 2022 with sexually assaulting one victim.
