Robin Greenhill of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group “very recently” retained two attorneys, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
However, Scheper shared that Rosengart emailed him on Tuesday “opposing” the request to push back the date from July 27 to Aug. 11, leading Scheper to ask the court to make the final decision.
“The extension of time is sought in good faith and not for the purpose of needless delay,” Scheper argued in the documents. But Rosengart pointed out in an opposition filing obtained by us that Greenhill had already retained lawyers at a different firm, Magee & Adler, and therefore should not postpone the hearing simply because she “wants additional counsel to represent her.”Greenhill works for Spears’ former business manager Lou Taylor, seen here along with Florida Georgia Line.
Rosengart claimed in court documents previously obtained by Page Six that Tri Star enriched itself with at least $18 million while providing business management services to Spears during, which put the Grammy winner’s dad, Jamie Spears, and others in charge of her personal, medical and financial decisions from its inception in February 2008 until its dissolution in November 2021.
