Former Big Brother Australia star farmer Dave Graham has dispensed some wise life advice to his more than 54,000 followers on Instagram. The 44-year-old shared a stunning video of a beach at sunset.
Farmer Dave’s important life advice. The video was captioned: “Things you realise in your mid-40s.” As Dave walked along the shoreline, shirtless and with his trademark long locks flowing, a voiceover said: “Enjoy every moment you have.” “Because in life, there are no rewinds, only flashbacks,” the voiceover continued. “Make sure it’s all worth it.” He began by looking straight ahead, before slowly turning towards the camera and breaking out into a huge smile.
