The Brussels public prosecutor's office confirmed the arrest, stating that the investigation focuses on the alleged importation of cocaine via the port of Antwerp and its redistribution in Belgium. Nainggolan recently came out of retirement to play for second-tier Belgian side Lokeren-Temse.
