The DA’s office said a Mobile County grand jury has indicted Squires for first-degree rape with force, second-degree rape of a victim 12 to 16 years old, sexual abuse by force and sexual abuse of a victim 12 to 16 years old.
The Mobile County District Attorney’s Office secured secret indictments from a Mobile County grand jury for Squires, and those warrants were executed this morning, according to Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood.The DA’s office said the grand jury indicted Squires for first-degree rape with force, second-degree rape of a victim 12 to 16 years old, sexual abuse by force and second-degree sexual abuse of a victim 12 to 16 years old.
Sheriff Paul Burch in September said the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was investigating allegations of sexual misconduct with underage girls. Burch at the time said investigators had received a number of complaints about Squires.
