Rashod Dubinion, a running back from Arkansas, has committed to play for the App State Mountaineers.
The App State Mountaineers have added a boost to their running back position with the commitment of former Arkansas running back Rashod Dubinion. Dubinion announced his decision on X to play for first-year head coach Dowell Loggains. The Atlanta native will have one year of eligibility remaining and has not redshirted during his collegiate career. Dubinion played in 31 games over three seasons for the Razorbacks, starting seven contests.
He rushed for 888 yards and eight touchdowns on 209 carries. He also chipped in as a receiver, catching 42 passes for 315 yards and two touchdowns. In 2024, he rushed for 335 yards and two touchdowns on 56 carries. Dubinion joins two other former Arkansas players who have committed to App State this transfer cycle (Dylan Hasz and Davion Dozier). App State finished the 2024 season with a 5-6 record and dismissed head coach Shawn Clark at the end of the season. The Mountaineers ranked 11th in the Sun Belt in rushing yards per game with 153.8. This will be Dubinion's first opportunity to officially sign with App State, as the traditional signing period begins Wednesday, February 5th
