The Washington Commanders and Seattle Seahawks made changes to their practice squads on Tuesday.

Dalcourt joined Baltimore from Alabama as an undrafted rookie last season. Cut at the end of the 2024 preseason, Dalcourt spent his first NFL season on the Ravens’ practice squad without appearing in a regular-season game. In the 2020, 2021 and 2022 seasons, Dalcourt was a Crimson Tide teammate of Amari Kight, an offensive tackle released from the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad on Tuesday. Kight signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted rookie after two seasons at UCF. Seattle signed him for its practice squad after releasing him in the regular-season roster cut last week. But on Tuesday, the SeahawksEach NFL team can have a practice squad of 16 players. Members of the practice squad do everything the players on the active roster do except play in games.
