Tuesday, September 3, 2024 3:45PM Linda Sun , a former aide to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul , and her husband, Chris Hu , were arrested Tuesday morning at their Long Island home.Sun, 41, and Hu, 40 are expected to plead guilty when they appear in federal court on Tuesday afternoon.
Hu is charged with money laundering conspiracy as well as conspiracy to commit bank fraud and misuse of means of identification.
