Four foreign nationals residing in Utah will face court on Monday following their apprehension on December 23rd. Authorities allege that the group, comprised of Jose Manuel Perez-Flores, Victor Flores Esquivel, Jaime Hernandez-Ruin, and Eduardo Hernandez-Ruiz, engaged in the large-scale distribution of fentanyl and heroin within Salt Lake County. The Utah County Major Crimes Task Force conducted a lengthy investigation, spanning from September 2024, ultimately culminating in the execution of search warrants on three residences. The operation resulted in the seizure of a staggering amount of fentanyl and heroin, along with cash, drug paraphernalia, and electronic evidence.
