Singapore on Oct 22 blocked access to 10 websites linked to foreign actors which the government said could be used to mount “hostile” disinformation campaigns against the city-state.
SUNGAI BULOH: A foreign national's attempt to kidnap a child was stopped when he was caught by passers-by at Kampung Bunga Raya , Kuang here on Tuesday .
"The complainant reported hearing her neighbour's cries for help around 12.40 pm, claiming someone was trying to take her child. Investigations revealed that the kidnapping involved a two-year-old boy in the living room of a house, and the suspect appeared to act alone. Supt Mohd Hafiz said that the suspect was handed over to the police for further action, and an investigation paper was initiated under Section 363 of the Penal Code.
