It was born out of the love of fashion and need to share a little part of Catherine Mascitti’s heart.
Catherine Mascitti had worked in building small businesses and fashion design in Chicago before moving to Jacksonville. She worked a corporate job while starting an online clothing store with her mother. They started with a small inventory, visiting pop-ups and festivals, lugging all of their clothes and mannequins for 4 years, and their storefront opened on April 15th.
Parkside Harbor mostly carries women’s clothing and accessories, lifestyle, home decor, shoes and more. Mascitti describes the aesthetic as “effortlessly basic” in neutral colors, appealing to a wide range of age groups. They events twice per month on Saturdays, having different local artists or jewelry makers come in.
