Senior linebacker Lincoln Adams, already called ‘The Prez,’ has become a leader for Lake Zurich, earning a new number and new nickname.

He said he and four of his friends — all former or current student-athletes at Lake Zurich — started a company called Bear Brothers Landscaping.
The landscaping company is a perfect example of Adams’ drive, according to his father, Aaron. Adams has a 4.3 GPA and has been named to several leadership councils, and he recently participated in a welcome video for freshman orientation. Lincoln Adams, who has been nicknamed “The Prez” due to his first and last names, will try to earn more good reviews on the football field. He had 89 tackles, two forced fumbles, a sack and an interception last season, when the Bears won the North Suburban Conference title and reached the Class 7A state semifinals.
