The video shows Urías running toward Daisy Perez, his wife, before grabbing and pushing her into a fence outside of a soccer stadium in Los Angeles, according to Urías pleaded no contest in May to charges related to the incident. Per the terms of his plea, the pitcher agreed to three years of probation, 30 days of community service work and a year-long domestic violence counseling course, according to
Urías was charged with a second count of domestic battery that involved a dating relationship and counts of assault, spousal battery and false imprisonment as well, but the Los Angeles Superior Court dismissed those charges, according to ESPN.
