Chilling video captures the moment a group of criminals armed with makeshift machine guns opens fire on a crowd in Chicago, killing a 14-year-old boy and wounding three other people.
The 18-year-old was shot in his back, while the 19-year-old suffered wounds to his chest and leg. None of those injured was identified. The bullets killed a 14-year-old boy and critically wounded two young men, ages 18 and 19.
