The 13-year-old boy was clipped by a car and knocked to the ground as he was crossing a road in St Albans.The St Albans boy sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information has been urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
