The Ohio Republican Party is limiting public access to its upcoming meeting where the party will consider whether to endorse Gov. Mike DeWine & other 2022 primary candidates after raucous anti-DeWine demonstrators caused the last one to be cut short.

A party memo sent to committee members Tuesday evening says the Feb. 4 endorsement meeting in suburban Columbus will be streamed through the party’s Facebook account, making it viewable to the public. But it won’t be open for the general public to attend physically, a departure from the Ohio GOP’s general longstanding practices.
