“The police will make sure that ongoing operations are carried out in the three affected areas,” he said at a press conference after the handover ceremony for the new head of the Sabah Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department at the Sabah Police Headquarters in Kapayan, here, Wednesday. He said the menace generally occurred at midnight on weekends, endangering other drivers. “We will make sure that such activities are fully eliminated to maintain safety of road users,” he said.
