High temperatures hit the 40s starting tomorrow with a few rain chances this week.
Long Island had some spotty light snow and flurries this afternoon and early evening that did not amount to much of anything on the ground with temperatures mostly above freezing. Tonight, any lingering flurries are ending quickly, but a mostly cloudy sky will stay with us overnight with lows in the 30s.
A light breeze can still make it feel like the 20s at times. Tomorrow's high temperatures will hit the low to mid-40s and that is just the start of more comfortable feeling air for the rest of the week.
