Flu and COVID-19 vaccine Saturdays begin Oct. 1 at Tarrant County health centers
are offering Saturday clinics for flu and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations from Oct. 1 through Nov. 5, and a limited number of Pfizer bivalent boosters are also available.
The clinics are from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Dates are Oct. 1, Oct. 22 and Oct. 29 at 2332 Beverly Drive in Fort Worth; Oct. 8 and Nov. 5 at 979 N. Cooper St. in Arlington; and Oct. 15 at 2909 Mitchell Blvd. in Fort Worth. Vaccinations are for 6 months old and up. They are available to current and new patients. Insurance is accepted.
is the only Tarrant County federally qualified health center. Uninsured people are encouraged to call to discuss eligibility and options.COVID-19 vaccines are at no-cost for all. Insurance is billed for the vaccine administration fee only. A sliding scale for flu shots begins at $20.
