Katherine Sticklin, a youth counselor at A Kid's Place of Tampa Bay group home, was arrested for allegedly performing sexual acts on a foster child under her care. The investigation began after the child reported Sticklin's inappropriate behavior, including sending explicit images and pressuring him into sexual activity.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the investigation into the alleged misconduct began on Wednesday after the foster child at the group home, A Kid's Place of Tampa Bay, came forward to report the incident.

Deputies allege Sticklin, 28, even followed the child into the shared men's bathroom while he was alone and began to perform sexual acts on him.
