A Florida man was arrested after he allegedly threw a golf ball-sized rock at another driver's vehicle during a road rage fit, smashing a windshield and causing minor injuries, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said.
Peter Cicacci-Blackwell was arrested and booked on charges of throwing a missile into a vehicle, criminal mischief and simple battery,while traveling eastbound on State Road 100, saying that a man in his mid-30s, driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck, had pelted a rock at his vehicle.
