Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has set an execution date for Norman Mearle Grim Jr., convicted of sexually battering and killing his neighbor in 1998. Grim is scheduled to die by lethal injection on Oct. 28. He was found guilty of first-degree murder and sexual battery in 2000.
