Attorneys General Ashley Moody (R-FL) and Ken Paxton (R-TX) bashed the Biden administration's handling of the border crisis.
In an appearance on"Sunday Morning Futures," the two portrayed their states as handling much of the legal brunt of the debacle following the expiration of Title 42. They called the administration's policy of releasing immigrants inside the country unprecedented."The state of Florida saw in month one of the Biden administration that they started mass releasing people into the interior.
"Texas is doing something very similar, as Mayorkas is out saying that the border's under control, which we all know is an absolute lie," he said. Moody went on to discuss the successful case she brought against the Biden administration, where she asked for a temporary restraining order against the policy that allowed officials to release migrants from Border Patrol custody without a court order. A two-week temporary restraining order was granted just hours before Title 42 expired.
