Passengers at Finchley Road in north London were faced with deep water at the station entrance on Wednesday evening
Flooding and signal failures have also affected several Tube lines, with disruption across the network.Services on the District line have been suspended between Earl's Court and Richmond and Ealing Broadway, while no trains are running between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction due to signal failures at West Croydon and Wandsworth Road.
