The suspect, 35-year-old James Alexander Sciano of San Antonio, was identified through store surveillance footage, Flock Safety cameras, and a prior encounter with police. Sciano faces multiple charges, including credit card or debit card abuse, fraud, and possession of identifying information, and two counts of vehicle burglary. He remains in the Hays County Jail with a $17,000 bond.
