A Northeast-Ohio-based chain, Flip Side will continue operations at First & Main in Hudson, Easton Town Center in Columbus, and in Breckenridge, Colorado. The restaurants are known for serving Ohio-raised, grass-fed beef for its flavor, health and environmental benefits. In addition to commonly expected burgers, the menu includes creative combinations such as peanut butter, applewood-smoked bacon and habanero pepper jelly or a fried egg, bacon, provolone, flat top onions, spicy pickles and mayo.
The restaurants’ menus also include interesting appetizers, free-range chicken sandwiches, salads, pizzas and hand-cut, triple-cooked fries. The gourmet milkshake list offers apple pie, blueberry pie, buckeye and more. An Irish float – Guiness and vanilla ice cream – is available to customers over 21.
