In the episode, Cassie and Megan end up encountering a North Korean killer, Hak. As the two women find themselves looking down the barrel of Hak's gun , who comes to save the day but familiar lethal assassin Miranda, played by Michelle Gomez. Just as Hak went to pull the trigger, Miranda stabbed him in the back before she said:"Sorry if that was a friend of yours. Anywho…. Miss me?"
