A 29-year-old man was arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting two women in Texas, officials said.
SEREMBAN : Animal lovers at the Taman Seri Amber flats near here were left outraged after the carcasses of 20 stray dogs were found in the street after being allegedly poisoned.
"Some of the dogs were just pups. This has to be one of the saddest days of my life," she said, adding that she was alerted to the killings by a neighbour."Disliking dogs does not give one the license to kill them," she said, adding that one pup survived.They expressed grief over the killings, with some reminding the perpetrators of karma.
