SAN ANTONIO - A person died after becoming trapped in a vehicle during flash flooding at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland on Saturday night. According to a press release from the base, emergency crews with the Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Fire Department responded to the flooding around Hall Street after reports of a vehicle trapped in rising water.
