A 14-year-old girl in Florida died after her mom held her head underwater in a bathtub, officials from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Kelsey Glover has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery charges with additional charges pending.

"It was just something that we caught in the act, and God only knows in which direction that was going to go if we didn't get there on time and kick the door in," said Lopez, noting that four people were in the home at the time of the incident: Glover, her daughter, identified as 14-year-old Giselle Glover, a roommate, and another child.
