The most recent meeting between the Lions and Bret Bielema’s Illini (the infamous 20-18 9-OT Illinois win) doesn’t necessarily hold any relevance to the upcoming match on Saturday in Champaign. In fact, I don’t think it they’ll have much of anything in common.
