FIVE arrests have been made after a protest was carried out at Kelvingrove Art Gallery today.
Police confirmed that they were called to the scene of the West End museum after receiving a report of a protest taking place.Cops also arrested a 31-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man in connection with a 'number' of offences.spokesperson said: “Around 2.40pm on Wednesday, June 29, officers were called to a report of a protest at Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery in Glasgow.
"This means that we will protect the rights of people who wish to peacefully protest or counter-protest, balanced against the rights of the wider community.”
