CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two amateur fishermen who were accused of cheating in a viral video filmed at a September walleye tournament in Cleveland are set to begin trial Monday afternoon.to fifth-degree felony charges of cheating, attempted grand theft and possessing criminal tools. The pair are also charged with unlawful ownership of wild animals, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
