HBO has released the first teaser trailer for its TV series adaptation of 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone,' showcasing Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter and introducing key characters like Hagrid, Ron, and Hermione. Dominic McLaughlin is taking on the iconic role of Harry Potter in “ Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone." The first teaser trailer for HBO ’s TV series adaptation for the “ Harry Potter ” books is here and it looks just as magical as anyone could hope for.
The first season will be titled “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone,” keeping the original U.K. title of the book. In the trailer, we see Harry as he’s being bullied by schoolmates and his own family, forced to live in a cupboard under the stairs. But then he receives his magical letter from Hogwarts and everything changes. Harry also chats with beloved Hogwarts groundskeeper Hagrid, played in the series by Nick Frost, who tells the lonely little boy, “Your parents were the kindest, bravest people I ever met.
