First Bus say they want to show gratitude to all those who serve or have served their country, including the veterans who work for the company, and will offer free bus travel this weekend.
First Bus are honouring veterans and Armed Forces personnel this weekend with free travel across their services.
It falls on Saturday, November 11 with Remembrance Sunday the following day. Simon Pearson, Chief Commercial Officer at First Bus, said: “Remembrance Sunday is an important and solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by so many in our Armed Forces, and we wanted to do something to mark the occasion.
