The bear, which is between 3 and 5 years old, can be seen sniffing at the grass during the day and scratching his back against a tree at night in the footage.
The brown bear has been a protected species in Spain since 1973 and has historically, albeit intermittently, lived in Galicia, the film company said. The production company said it is essential that work continues to be done to make co-existence with this species possible.
"It takes a long time to find suitable habitat for a species like this. However, it can be lost in a very short time," the statement said."Preserving the Galician natural heritage is the responsibility of each and every one of us."
