Thanksgiving week will feature plenty of changes to the forecast. Temperatures are back on the rise this week, warming above average both overnight and during the afternoons. We are also tracking several cold fronts this week that will bring several chances for rain, plus much colder temperatures by the weekend.
Today expect sun and clouds. Highs will rebound back into the 70s with southwest winds around 5 to 10 mph. While we are dry today, tonight showers return to the forecast. A shower or two could linger into Tuesday morning, but most of the day will be dry with a partly cloudy sky. Scattered showers are likely on Thanksgiving Day, with a few thunderstorms being possible. The wet weather is all thanks to another front that will sweep across the state. Highs on Thursday will be in the 60s and 70s with lows in the 40s. Rain will exit early and colder air moves in by the weekend.
