Highs will warm to either side of 90 degrees, with scattered rain & storm chances possible each day through Memorial DayMONTGOMERY, Ala. - Get ready for a hot and humid Memorial Day weekend. Afternoon highs will continue to heat up around 90 degrees through early next week. Lows will hover in the 60s and 70s giving way to mild nights. Rain chances are elevated this weekend, becoming more isolated to scattered in nature Friday, Saturday and Monday, with pop-up storms possible Sunday.
The summer-like preview will continue into Saturday and Sunday. With afternoon highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s under a mainly to partly sunny sky. Scattered rain and storms are possible on Saturday, with a few strong storms possible. Meanwhile, a stray, pop-up shower will again be possible during the hottest part of the day Sunday. Fairly typical of what we see during a typical summer pattern. Overnight lows will hover in the 60s and 70s.
