MONTGOMERY, Ala. - This Monday morning starts off pleasant, with sunshine and mild conditions across central and south Alabama. A cold front moves through early in the week, bringing dry conditions and slightly cooler temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday.

The pattern then warms back up toward the end of the week before another cold front arrives this weekend to cool us down once again.Expect a mix of sun and clouds to kick off the week. A cold front moves through the region, bringing a noticeable wind shift from west to north. Conditions remain dry throughout the day. Highs will reach pleasant levels in the upper 70s to the low-to-mid 80s. The wind shift will be the main feature as we transition into slightly cooler air. Tonight, clouds increase, with lows dropping into the 40s and 50s.Tuesday brings slightly cooler conditions as the cold front’s influence continues. Clouds will be more abundant throughout the day. A low-end rain chance develops late Tuesday night as moisture increases. Some isolated showers are possible, but widespread rain is not expected. Highs will range from the mid 60s to mid 70s.
