“It is burning in grass and sagebrush and is threatening homes, crops, and infrastructure,” said the State Fire Marshal’s Office in a news release.
State Fire Mobilization resources will keep patrolling the fire’s perimeter throughout the day and all Level 1 fire evacuation will remain in place and will be re-evaluated later on Sunday.
The State Fire Marsha’s Office asks people to continue to avoid the area. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
