Fire crews arrived on scene of the blaze, located in the first block of South Water Street, just after 4 a.m. to find a 40x20 two-story barn up in flames, with a nearby shed and wood piles also on fire, according to the West End Fire & Rescue Company.The fire company said crews were on scene for about an hour and a half. The Newburg-Hopewell Volunteer Fire Company, whose crews also responded to the blaze, shared helmet-camera video on Facebook that shows some of the conditions firefighters encountered, where you can see the building up in flames: "Quick response, good training, and hard work saves lives and minimizes loss," the Newburg-Hopewell Volunteer Fire Company wrote in post. "GREAT JOB FIRST RESPONDERS!"
