Dallas Fire-Rescue is investigating after a fire wrecked a dozen apartment units at a Lake Highlands building Saturday.
Several units were dispatched to an apartment complex at 11363 Amanda Lane Saturday morning following a 911 call about a structure fire, according to a news release. At the scene, they faced heavy fire coming from the third floor and roof of the three-story building.The fire was declared extinguished at around 2 p.m. and no injuries were reported, an official says.
