Three firefighters were hurt in the crash Wednesday morning in Magnolia, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said.
The Lawnside fire truck headed south on Warwick Road collided with a vehicle headed west on the White Horse Pike just before 10 a.m, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said.
The vehicles two occupants — Pine Hill residents John Bishop, 68, and Marie Endicott — were killed in the crash. The fire truck’s lights and sirens were on at the time of the crash, authorities said. Three firefighters were treated for minor injuries. Images from the scene showed the fire truck with front-end damage and another heavily damaged vehicle covered by a blue tarp near the intersection.
