m., according to the Cincinnati Fire Department.No one was hurt, but 12 freshman students are displaced, fire officials say. Some were evacuated to Fifth Third Arena, others were taken to Scioto Hall, a UC spokeswoman tells FOX19 NOW. “All floors except the second floor are currently being reopened,” she said. “There is some water damage as a result of the hoses used to extinguish the fire and a strong smell of smoke.
