We contacted Scott about the incident, and she informed us that it was a small fire and, most importantly, that"Everyone is good.”POT Baked Potato Bar, located just south of downtown Dallas, forever redefined our age-old idea of the humble baked potato. In addition to Scott’s mind-blowing baked potato creations, they offer some of the best craft lemonades you’ll find anywhere and all-natural juices that Scott calls “nature’s body fuel.” Any time a restaurant has to close, even for a few days, it's hard to recover, so place your online order as soon as they reopen. And go hungry. If you value independent journalism, please consider making a contribution to support our continued coverage of Dallas' evolving dining scene and the latest culinary innovations our community offers.
