KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 — Malaysians will get the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join American filmmaker Tim Burton at his first masterclass in Kuala Lumpur.exhibition opening on March 21.
Organised by Toybox Projects, it will take place in Exhibition Hall 3, Level 5, Pink Zone, Pavilion Bukit Jalil at 2pm., and the recent Netflix seriesNational Film Development Corporation Malaysia Chairman Datuk Kamil Othman will be a special guest moderator. Burton and Kamil hope to bring knowledge to aspiring creatives in the local film and art industry to produce quality artwork and media for the international stage.
Tickets to the masterclass start at RM338 for adults and RM238 for students. Ticket buyers will receive a digital certificate and a 10 per cent ticket discount toticket buyers will also stand a chance to enter a limited book-signing session where they will get the chance to meet Burton himself.book, merchandise, and multiple entry season passes.
