Competition is at an all-time high for the seventh edition of The Eddys Choice or Entertainment Editors' Choice for movies of of the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors .Five top-notch films released in theaters and online platforms last year, which made a significant impact and left a mark on viewer's hearts and consciousness will go head to head.
The Joe Quirino Award will be given to veteran broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez, while veteran entertainment columnist Ronald Constantino will receive the Manny Pichel Award.Meanwhile, the Rising Producer Circle Award will be given to Mentorque Productions, the producer of the films 'My Father Myself' and Mallari.
