ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A crash in St. Johns County Tuesday night left one woman dead, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Just before 11:30 p.m., a semi truck and a car were both being driven on U.S. Highway 1 approaching the intersection of Regalo Road.Troopers seeking to identify person hit and killed by car on N. Main St.FHP said the driver of the car tried to avoid a crash by moving to the right, but ultimately hit the back of the semi truck.The 39-year-old Lakeland woman driving the semi truck was not hurt.
