Huffman was released from prison last week after serving 11 days of a 14-day sentence for pleading guilty to paying $15,000 to have her daughter’s SAT scores boosted.
“Felicity is full of herself for pleading guilty and boasting she got a wrist slap,” a supposed source tells the outlet. The magazine goes on to say thestar is telling pals she warned Loughlin to take a plea deal when news of the scandal broke in May, and is “tauntingly” saying that if Loughlin took her advice, “she would be free now, too.”
“Lori is petrified Felicity’s easy ride will make her situation even worse,” adds the alleged insider. “And Felicity’s ‘I dodged a bullet’ attitude hasn’t made her feel any better. Felicity is offering a big ‘I told you so’ attitude when anybody bring up Lori’s dire situation. She just says Lori should have listened to her advice from the beginning.”
From there, the suspicious tipster says Loughlin “wants out now before she goes to trial” and is considering getting her own lawyer – separate from her husband – so she can testify against him and lessen her own sentence. Before we get into the Huffman aspect of the story,should note that this notion is totally false. Last month, Loughlin and Giannulli were hit with additional bribery charges in addition to the fraud and money laundering charges against them.
